A message from our founder
Why I started Terra Vitae Environmental Solutions LLC While I wanted the ability to forge my own professional path and have more time to volunteer, I ultimately started this company to put myself in a position to help others develop their careers. I believe team members deserve a work environment where they know that they are appreciated, feel fulfilled, and never feel stifled. Terra Vitae is a company that encourages everyone to question the status quo and change things for the better. Continual improvement is natural when people feel they have agency in the company as a whole and in their individual projects. Talent is squandered when intrinsic motivators, like knowing you're a part of a worthy cause, are not harnessed and when life is forced to conform to a job. At Terra Vitae, team members can exercise as much autonomy and acquire as much knowledge, training, industry exposure, and professional development as they want. Rather than searching for a workplace where my passion for pursuing optimization could truly flourish, I decided to create one for myself and for others whose calling is making things better, cheaper, faster, and more efficient.

In addition to my lifelong endeavor to preserve our planet, I devote a significant portion of my time to volunteering.
I love imparting knowledge and expertise and I live to help others succeed. Whether it's a homeless pet that needs special care along its journey to an adoptive home or a student from my community who wants to excel at the varsity sport for the mind, I want to help!

Since 2012, I've fostered approximately 100 cats and over 20 dogs.
