Compliance

We will work with you and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) to ensure that all appropriate applications, notices, reports, and documentation required by the Office of Air Quality, the Office of Land Quality, and the Office of Water Quality are submitted with time to spare. Municipalities and cities may have separate requirements and we'll make sure that all local ordinances are observed.
